On March 31 (8 AM PDT / 11 AM EDT), Cotton Incorporated’s Chief Sustainability Officer Jesse Daystar will join representatives from World Resources Institute (WRI) and Apparel Impact Institute (Aii) on a panel. The session will focus on the materials-related interventions identified in the WRI and Aii’s recently published Roadmap to Net Zero: Delivering Science-Based Targets in the Apparel Sector, and topics such as scaling preferred materials such as recycled polyester and organic cotton, developing next generation materials, and improving materials efficiency. He will be joined by representatives from Textile Exchange, Fashion for Good, Cotton Inc., and Unifi.
